Steve Pastner

 

Steve Pastner's sculptures grow from his work as a University of Vermont anthropology professor.

His long-time fascination with the early American West led him to conduct research on the Pakistan-Afghanistan border.

His work had generated enouth national attention to win him featured exhibits at such venues as

the Frederic Remington Art Museum in Ogdensburg, N.Y., The Copley Society of Boston, and the Rockwell Museum in Corning, N.Y.

His dunamic sculpting techniques have been shocased on Public Television and in the video production "Vissions From the Fire".
